Terms of Service

Last updated:

OneSpot is in invite-only access ahead of public launch. The terms governing your use of the platform are being drafted with counsel and will be published on this page before the platform opens to public sign-ups.

Until those terms are published, your use of OneSpot is governed by your direct agreement with the OneSpot team that issued your invite. Reach out to that contact for any specific questions about acceptable use, data handling, or account termination during this access period.

What you can expect

When the full terms are published, they will cover at minimum:

  • The legal entity behind OneSpot and its jurisdiction.
  • Account creation, eligibility, and termination — including the role of invite codes during the closed-access period.
  • Acceptable use of the AI-generated video, image, audio, and social-distribution tools, and the responsibilities you accept when you publish content through OneSpot.
  • Ownership and licensing of the content you upload, the content the platform generates on your behalf, and the source-material clips you ingest.
  • The role of third-party AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, xAI, Runway, ElevenLabs, Kling) whose APIs OneSpot calls on your behalf, and how their terms compose with ours.
  • Subscription, billing, refunds, and cancellation — including how usage-based AI generation costs are billed.
  • Limitations of liability, dispute resolution, and the governing law.
